Warranty Information

  1. Standard Warranty Coverage
    Arklyn Hub is covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

    Included battery contained in the Arklyn Hub is covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.

    Accessories such as sensors and remotes carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
    Other accompaniments like charging cables, etc. are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  2. What This Warranty Covers
    This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies only to products purchased from authorised sellers and used according to the user guide.

    Covered issues may include:

    • Failure to power on

    • Connectivity failure

  3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
    The warranty does not apply to:

    • Battery degradation due to normal usage over time

    • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

    • Improper installation, power surges, or water exposure

    • Loss or theft

    • Use with non-GrayTile branded accessories or third-party hardware
    • Using defective/low-grade batteries, wherever applicable

  4. How to Claim Warranty
    To initiate a claim, contact GrayTile Customer Support with:

    • Your purchase receipt or order ID

    • A description of the issue

    • Device serial number

    If your claim is approved, GrayTile may:

    • Repair the defective product

    • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit

    • Provide equivalent store credit
    All decisions regarding warranty claims are at the sole discretion of GrayTile Technologies.

  5. Extended Warranty
    Customers who purchase the GrayTile Annual Subscription Plan are automatically enrolled for extended product warranty coverage for their Arklyn Hub as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
    Extended warranty includes:

    • All coverage provided in the standard warranty

    • Free replacement for eligible components during the active subscription period

    Important: The extended warranty does not cover:

    • Batteries beyond their initial 6-month coverage

    • Damage caused by customer misuse, negligence, or third-party servicing

  6. Warranty Limitations
    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    • GrayTile is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

    • Local laws may vary. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights under your jurisdiction.
